We are a family on line business based in Melbourne and are ex Hewlett Packard employees with experience in sales of test instruments and manufacturing of calculator circuit boards in the old mini calc section of Hewlett Packard that used to exist in Melbourne. We have been using HP calculators since the introduction of them into Australia in 1972.

Our other areas of expertise are aviation and four wheel driving and touring. One of the owners has over 18,000 hours flying and is rated on Boeing 737 and 747 aircraft and did the hard yards in general aviation. So we relate to how the use of GPS can assist in making your trip much easier and safer.

Why buy from us? Because none of our products are grey (grey meaning cheaply imported from overseas with no Australian warranty).  You may find our products cheaper elsewhere but ask yourself these questions. Is the warranty valid in Australia? Is it really new and not a reconditioned product? Will I receive the item that I ordered? By buying from us, you can rest assured that you will get what you order. All of our products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We are also an officially registered Hewlett Packard reseller and Hema Premium Online Retailer. We also use overnight freight where possible and aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. In most cases this is one to two days. You will receive an Australian invoice that is recognised for any warranty claims and work related taxation deductions.

We expect to receive excellent customer to service whenever we purchase goods. Unfortunately this is lacking in todays society and therefore we aim to provide exceptional customer service.  

Please note that pickup of goods is not possible as the registered office conducts administration only and goods are despatched from elsewhere.
